1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Futuro Expenses ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Futuro Expenses is a personal finance management application provided by Undash-Cop Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Service allows users to track expenses, manage budgets, and analyze financial data.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Financial Data

Futuro Expenses does not store your bank account credentials. We only process expense data that you manually enter or import. We are not a financial institution and do not provide banking services.

This Service complies with applicable Indian laws including:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for fintech applications
• Companies Act, 2013

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Undash-Cop Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undash-Cop Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
